Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a prompt start to the warm-up and WOD. Some WODs will be longer than others, but we will aim to finish-up in a timely manner - to accomodate those who may be on a tight schedule, and/or allow time for the next class to begin. In the case of holidays and inclement weather (or other emergencies) every effort will be made to notify members of schedule changes in advance through the website and Facebook.
